Metal Leaf Production Process

Our Metal Leaf wallpapers (SZM) are all handcrafted in Japan. We have been providing Gold and Silver to Japanese society and abroad since 1905. The workforces are made up mostly by Japanese women. Their technique of enable us to carefully install metal leaf one by one. 

 We then move to pressing and cleaning process.

Lastly. hanging for slow-drying process. This process itself takes about 2 weeks to ensure production quality remain years ahead.
