Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Please read the details below carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. Any cut or installed material will not qualify for a refund, except for up to 3 test strips. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and an RA# provided by our team.

Please contact us first at info@studiozenwallcoverings.com to request a return. Once approved, ship the item to the following address:

Returns sent without prior approval or an RA# will be refused.


Inspection & Claims Policy

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon delivery. Ensure that the item name, color, and quantity match your order before cutting or hanging.
It is critical to STOP AND REVIEW the material after hanging no more than 3 strips. No claims will be accepted once more than 3 strips have been cut and installed.

If you receive defective, incorrect, or damaged material, contact us immediately at info@studiozenwallcoverings.com so we can review and resolve the issue.
All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date.

Claims for labor or installation costs will not be honored under any circumstances.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom products, including special orders and items made to order based on specific wall dimensions, are non-returnable. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before placing an order.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item (once approved), and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed via check by mail.
