Where we ship from

Orders ship from our warehouse in Long Beach, California.

Timing

Items in stock usually ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order items show their lead time on the product page; we confirm the ship date when you order. Memo samples usually ship within 2 business days.

How we ship

Smaller orders ship by UPS. Larger orders ship by freight (LTL); we quote freight before shipping. Shipping is charged at checkout or on your invoice.

When it arrives

Count the cartons and check the packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it, then email info@studiozenwallcoverings.com within 2 business days of delivery.

Outside the United States

We ship internationally on request. Please contact us for a quote; duties and taxes are paid by the receiver.
