General Delivery If Not In Stock: 4 Weeks + UPS domestic transit. Lead Time: 2 weeks for a strike-off, then 3–4 weeks production after strike-off approval, plus UPS domestic transit.

Ordering ombre

How to order

Ombre is printed to order, panel by panel, to your wall size. Email us the width and height of each wall for a quote.

Bases: Grasscloth, Linen, Silk (34") · Matte Paper, Type II Vinyl (48")

Strike-offs: $40 for an existing colorway, about 2 weeks. Custom colors quoted per project (design work $95/hour).

Timing: 3–4 weeks production plus shipping; custom colors add about 2 weeks.

Before you order:

  • Natural grounds. Grasscloth, linen, silk and paper weave vary naturally. Slubs, small dark fibres and slight shade differences between panels are part of the material, not defects.
  • Seams. On natural grounds the seams will show, and cut edges may show the lighter base.
  • Approval. Printing starts only after you approve the strike-off and the scaled gradation proof. Colors on screen are a guide only; matches to paint, rugs or older samples are close but never exact.
  • Measurements. Quantities are based on the wall measurements you or your installer provide. Please confirm every wall and return before ordering.
  • Installation. Your installer must read the hanging instructions included with every order. Keep paste and caulk off the face and do not scrub; printed ink can lift. Not for wet areas.
  • Inspect before hanging. Inspect every panel before hanging and report any concern in writing, with photos, before installation. Panels that have been hung are accepted as delivered.

Linen cannot fade to a true white (its base is a natural grey); for a true white choose vinyl or grasscloth. Plans, renderings or color samples: reply to our quote email and we will send the shipping details.
